SALES Director



Sales Director will have the opportunity to work and grow in an international environment and will be part of Russian leadership and management team. Your main role will be focused on sales growth with special emphasis on building our client portfolio; managing sales of all services we offer; managing the sales team in Russia. You will take care of defining sales strategy and also managing &amp; developing Strategic Prospects and Clients to establish long term business relationship. You will be responsible for defining &amp; monitoring our sales plan and pricing policy and also for managing &amp; monitoring our sales activities which includes responsibility for the quality of Adecco’s offers send to our customers. At the same time you will be coaching our local sales team and take care of external Adecco image. 


You are communicative person with great interpersonal skills and strong analytical and negotiating skills. You have bachelor’s degree with 5 to 8 years experience in sales and management of sales team and your English is great (both lingual and written). You are results-oriented person, which possess the ability to manage multiple tasks and can work on deadline oriented projects simultaneously. You have strong management and motivation skills and you also possess the ability to manage customer relationship. You like the challenge of working in dynamic, positive and international environment.
